The guy actually made the utmost of his time at Bama, guess he could have been a doctor or gotten another degree, but damn. The kid was solid and he never caused a problem. I’m happy for him. If he ever wants a higher degree, I have faith that he’ll be able to to afford and get it. I’m proud of him

Didn't say he was going pro, said he was entering draft. For him to go pro, someone has to take him. Maybe pro USFL

He'll either go VERY late, or sign as a free agent. Either way, he'll get a shot!

We have some of the most bipolar fans in all of CFB. The same fans bashing Bolden now were probably the same bashing Metchie during the first half of the season when he lead the team in drop passes including 3 in the loss to a&m. But now are praying for Metchie to come back.

This may be a case where Coach Saban encouraged Slade to transfer or try his luck with the draft. Playing time at Alabama might be difficult to find next season. I hope so.
