Young is an embarrassment but at least his team wound up in the NC. Manziel was a much better athlete and a much more accurate passer than young but poor kid was stuck having to play in weirdo world.

Young had 47 tds, 7 ints, 4900 yards, and a 67% completion percentage this year. From 2008 to 2018, LSU fans would have stabbed a baby for those numbers

One cries about being a victim, the other does blow to forget.

I’m not impressed with Young but I’d never say Manziel was a better passer.

Manziel was trash at being a QB. He was a RB that could slightly throw the ball.

Its fun to pile on, but lets not get silly.

I realize he wasn't an option in your multiple choice question but the answer is and always will be Jason White.

Manziel was a 67% passer his freshman year and a 70% passer his sophomore year.

So hard to project college guys to the NFL at QB
I wonder if we see Bryce become more of a running threat next season if Bama feels more comfortable with the backups
I think they shied away from that this season due to backup situation.
I also think Young needs to get better on his secondary reads. When he gets rattled like he did last night or in some games this year his ability to turn a bad play into positive needs to improve.
Sometimes it's so hard to judge Bama QB's based on the talent around them that make it look a lot easier than it really is.

Just think how good Manziel could've been if he wasn't drinking at halftime!

I know it is fun to rag on Aggy but this is just dumb. Manziel continued to get better as his Heisman year went on and A&M was the only team capable of beating Bama that year. Once he was rolling he was just a cheat code. Absolutely destroyed a very good OU in the Cotton Bowl in his last game of that season.

The real joke was Manti Teo getting so many votes at Notre Dame. JFF was the best player in CFB in 2012.

Young isn't even the best offensive player on Bama's team this year.

Young was absolutely phenomenal last night aside from one underthrow. He made throws that mystified me and that was after I had already been amazed by him on Dec 4th. Can't wait until he's in the league.

Did manziel wear a turtleneck with a gold chain to the Heisman ceremony?

Manziel averaged over 300 yards passing per game and threw for 26 TDs. Sure he ran for over 1400 and 21 Rushing TD's as well but he could definitely sling it. What made Manziel so dangerous was he was a former Short Stop and could just flick the ball from any arm angle at any time with accuracy. He was just a nightmare to defend because he was so good at improvisation.

HAHA, well now that is a good point. What a doofus, lol. However, I am betting that Manziel was wearing a gawd awful high school / college ring. Strange people...

Manziel made some absolutely insane plays. Like Vince Young on EA Sports NCAA Football 06 type of plays.

So if I had to compare the two, I'd say Young is worse, but both had bad games.
