Does Brock Bowers become our single season receiving yards leader in this game?

He needs 154 to become only the second UGA players to ever catch for more than 1000. And 159 to become the all time leader.
Crazy how we’ve only had one guy in one season ever eclipse this mark.

We’ve only had one 1,000 yd receiver? Ever?

Correct Terrence Edwards in 2002 with 1004 yards. Crazy, right?

It’s honestly quite puzzling how Kirby attracts 5* WR to come block and catch 2-4 balls a game. He’s a wizard

Even more mind boggling is we’ve had 3 QBs throw for more than 11,000 career yards (Zeier, Murray, Greene) and still only 1 - 1000 yard receiver.

It is a weird stat, but it also shows they were able to spread around the ball to multiple receivers. That's always been our MO. No one great receiver, just a lot of good receivers.

Any production at all pits him in with some great company.

If Hines didn’t have to play RB and QB, he would have broken it. It still worked out for him.

He’s an NFL tight end as a freshman

It won't be easy. I suspect Alabama works very hard to take him out of the game plan.

I actually hope that Stet will spread the ball around more and will have the most accurate and best game of his life.
I also would love to see big #0 run over some Alabama line backers or safety/cbs.

Amazing he was third string at one time. Just proud of this team

Alabama has some injury issues at corner and tackle going into this game. Yes, they're deep in talent but having one and possibly both of their normal corners starting is going to put some extra pressure on them.
