This is subjective of course, but you bump into football fans all the time who voice their sentiments. Does the majority lean one way or the other. Here is my guess.
Mississippi-Alabama
Tennessee-Alabama
Texas-Alabama
Florida-Georgia
South Carolina-Georgia
Kentucky-Georgia
Louisiana-Georgia
Arkansas-no idea
Missouri-no idea
I may be wrong with Florida. But I will stick with it until convinced otherwise.

Why would anyone outside of the State of Alabama be cheering for Alabama? I think you are wrong on most of these states.

Everyone will be pulling for UGA - bama fatigue.

I am pulling for Bama to win but I believe Georgia is going to break through and get the W.

Mississippi-Alabama
Tennessee-Alabama - No
Texas-Alabama
Florida-Georgia - No
South Carolina-Georgia - No
Kentucky-Georgia, Probably because BAMA basketball is better than UK
Louisiana-Georgia Louisiana would pull for the devil over BAMA
Arkansas-no idea

I may be alone in this from Louisiana/LSU, but I’d rather see Bama win honestly.
Bama is Bama. Natty no. 18 or 19 (I forget) won’t change who they are or how they run their program.
I’d rather see 1980 live on…

You're not alone. I was coming to post the same.

For the record, I have absolutely no dog in this fight, but most Gamecocks view UGA as our second most hated team after Clemson. I used to feel that way when I was in college, but the dislike has waned substantially in the last 10 years or so. Maybe it's because I live near the NC border and the UGA fans I know here are all good people.

Every Gator fan I now is pulling for Bama. They hate Georgia almost as much as they hate FSU.

My best guess would be:
Mississippi- Georgia
Tennessee- Georgia, begrudgingly
Texas- Georgia
Florida- Bama
South Carolina- Bama
Kentucky- Georgia, could be wrong, but I don't think they hold a real hate for Georgia.
La- Georgia
Arkansas- Georgia
Mizzou- Georgia
If it's a state that doesn't really hold any bias toward either, they likely want to see someone other than Bama win.
Tennessee fans hate both, but the rivalry with Bama dates back longer.

There's definitely Bama fatigue, but the UGA fans I know are pretty obnoxious so I'll be pulling for Bama.

the way you wrote this and the way people are answering is more "how do SEC fans break down for support"
Gator fans? probably mostly pulling for Bama - Florida residents that have a rooting interest? Georgia by a mile
the ONLY SEC states outside of Alabama that are pulling against UGA would be Mississippi & South Carolina (and I'm not really so sure about MS)

this; except for SC maybe, because of our long standing rivalries with Clemson & USC
