According to Adam Schefter

Could be a good choice, more NFL pressence is good to me.

I know the name but don't know anything about how good of a coach he is. I don't see any college coaching experience on his wikipedia...hopefully he can make up for lack of recruiting experience with the NFL tag on his name.

He’s a native of Columbus, GA so maybe there’s some interest there.

It was working for Eason.

Would be a good replacement, but assuming we will have to shell out a good bit to get him, since he said no to Clemson who then turned around and poached our guy.

Will be interesting to see.

How has the Cardinal's D-line looked between '13-'17 and since '20?

True - didn't realize he never coached on the college level.

If he’s been an NFL coach for so long with multiple stops, I’m not too concerned about his coaching ability.

If you’re talking about the guy I’m thinking of you misspelled both the first and last name. Are we talking about the former NFL DT?

He’s coached Dline in the NFL for almost a decade and had some pretty legit units.

He’d be an upgrade to Eason from a coaching standpoint, a more known commodity.

So just to throw this out there. Why would he jump from NFL to college without a promotion? Why turn down Clemson but not us?

He’s from Columbus GA….maybe wants to get back closer to family?

I don’t know why Auburn would pursue him and put it out there if they thought there was zero chance with him.

I checked the stats for this year and they seem to be 8th in rush D, 11th in sacks. So that's something.

That's where I remember him from. Then he came on the local radio station here in Charlotte, WFNZ, for a time.
