LSU fans, tonight’s game vs Auburn

I don’t doubt that you guys have a good team, but it’s hard to walk into Auburn Arena and win when we’re good. I think this AU team is potentially special.
Similar to Jordan Hare, it’s one of the hardest places to play in the country.
Predictions?

Agreed, I want our guys to have shot to win with under 3 minutes. I want this game bad but like you said, Auburn Arena is a tough first road game. LSU defense keeps them in it, but our offense doesn't score enough. (Hope I am completely wrong) Both teams will finish top 4 in the league.

Yeah that makes sense since some of your fans are predicting an Auburn win.
But we have to convince ourselves there’s a chance we could win…
We have no chance. LSU can’t lose!

Thanks. A LSU loss doesn’t necessarily mean that LSU played nothing but cream puffs and will never win another game.

We are fully aware. Very tough draw for LSU right out of the gate, with a team that hasn’t played a true road game (last year had no real crowds) since right before the pandemic hit in February 2020.

Agreed. Seems like a great atmosphere. It’s a road trip I haven’t taken but have always wanted to. I’ll make it one day.

LSU sucks most years they travel there so it’s not as loud as it gets for The Iron Bowl or even the DSOR.

We have had teams hit a few threes on us early on, but that usually wears off after the first part of the first half. Our defense truly seems to wear teams down and the shooting percentage of other teams drops the second half of each game.
Auburn may have enough depth to keep fresh legs. And I’m sure they shoot good from three at home, Bruce Pearl teams always seem to do that. I think that is the key for this game. How well will Auburn shoot the 3 ball. Home crowds love the 3.

It will be very tough for LSU to win tonight. Auburn wins easily

LSU defense should keep it interesting, but LSU will have a hard time scoring against Auburn's athletes. I'll go 71-63 Auburn.
