Comparing apples and oranges. Paterno protected a pedophile or at least turned a blind eye to the molestation and did not ban Sandusky from their facilities. Meyer is just a flat out a$$hole and self aggrandizing ego maniac. But given the criminal aspects of what went on at PSU, definitely Paterno.

Paterno is clearly worse.
I am more interested in finding out what went on at Ohio State when Urban was there. Other than that one assistant coach beating his wife, it was quiet. There has to be some shite to still dredge up on his OSU tenure.

All I know is Paterno and Petrino look similar. If a coach Patrino comes on the scene he should be fully investigated

Paterno ,but was it ever proven he had knowledge of all the terrible events of Sandusky ? Urban Meyer is an old school football coach .The getting his freak on at the bar was stupid and alcohol induced obviuosly . He wouldnt have done that sober . The fact that he is tough on his players and expects a high level of committment and performance is perfectly acceptable to me . It just doesnt fly with a bunch of millionaire athletes in the NFL . He has a ton of former players from BG,Utah,Florida and O$U who love him dearly . He can be a great friend . I look for him to be back as a HC in college in a year
