As if winning your last one in '39 is bad enough ...

A&M only gets one by beating #5 Tulane in the Sugar Bowl 14-13.

Talk about a down season for all.

Does LSU ever stop thinking about us? Wake up on a Sunday morning and your 1st thought is about A&Ms last championship. OBSESSED

Let’s ignore the fact that aggy was boasting about a winning record against Orgeron…..

Until they didn’t.

Clockwork.

Just think we give Georgia folks a hard time about 1980. Aggie hadn't tasted a championship for 41 years when 1980 had come around.

It's time we print the cups:

2 wins against LSU since joining sec.

Still .500 against Orgeron.

But but we almost made the playoff one year. Its no wonder the men turned on each other. Fudge packer U hasn't tasted a football championship since before World War II

You are judging Tulane in the 30s based on how they are now. Tulane was a decent power back in the 30s and 40s. They have a few SEC titles to their name. Also, the Aggies were crowned AP national champions on December 11. They bowl win was just a cherry on top of the undefeated season.
