If Texas had played a scrub like Tennessee OOC. Alabama would be in.
That said, if LSU scored more points than Boston College against FSU. We wouldn't even be talking about FSU.

If Florida wasn’t trash maybe they’d have beaten FSU

It doesn’t. Michigan has a terrible schedule.

Yeah but we are. You guys have the best offense in CFB history though.

FSU beat LSU by 21
Bama only won by 12 at home

Beat two SEC teams, and the ACC was 6-4 vs the SEC.
The SEC sucked this year, yall are delusional.

Right up there with the Big 10 changing their own rules for OSU a few years back, this fact will be left untouched by the media.

And if Alabama had played a scrub instead of Texas, they would be No.1.
Thankfully, under the new system, it's not as big of an issue.

Could Bama be the 1st AND 4th seeds? Winning your conference doesn’t matter unless you’re Bama

Not in Week 1, no

Their starting QB was hurt and you guys still couldn’t hang with them.

Correction, schedule matters more when you have 1 loss...
It is interesting to point out that in the coming 5 years, Michigan has home and home matches with both Texas and OU.

4 of those 6 wins came against the #10, #11, and #14 SEC teams...
#1 FSU 45
#5 LSU 24
#1 FSU 24
#10 UF 15
#6 Clemson 16
#11 USCe 7
#7 UNC 31
#11 USCe 17
#14 Wake Forrest 36
#14 Vanderbilt 20
The #2 ACC team also lost by 7 to the #8 SEC team on their home field. The same #2 ACC team that gave up 38 points to the #8 SEC team on its home field held the #1 ACC team to 16 points on a neutral field.
I think FSU gets the #4 spot in the playoff rankings but they played a much weaker schedule than Alabama and have fewer impressive wins as well.
Alabama is a better team at this point than FSU without their starting quarterback. If that and strength of schedule are the main criteria then Alabama should get in over FSU.
Nevertheless, FSU did win all their games while Alabama did not so I don't have that much of an issue with them getting in over Alabama.

We shouldn’t be talking about tx. Ba win was nice but they wouldn’t beat them now. Plus, if they weren’t in a glorified sunbelt, they’d have another loss, probably 2.

It definitely doesn't. The Big 10 is shite. Their conference schedules are cupcakes for Mich. and Ohio St. These SEC teams should stop scheduling tough OOC games. With Texas and Oklahoma joining the conference schedule, it will be even more brutal.
