Let us all take a moment of silence to feel sorry for the legion of polite, well behaved LSU fans - outstanding models of citizenship all - who occasionally get the chance to look in the mirror and are appalled at what they see.

And that, in a nutshell, is why I don't go to games anymore. It happens everywhere. I stopped when I went to Kentucky vs WKU about ten years ago in Nashville.
I've got the best seat in the house, awesome concession prices, and don't have to either risk jail or eat shite from kids.
FWIW - if that old boy from LSU would have jumped that rail ? I would have lied for him to the cops, at the minimum. But that's society now. College kids are worse than high school kids now. They've got this idea in their heads they can't be touched. It's awful.
Write this down. In American culture, the idea of mixed crowds at public events - as far as which team is backed - is going to be gone in less than twenty years.
