“The best football stadium in the country is about to get even better,” Chancellor John Sharp said. “The Kyle Field project will make sure our stadium remains state-of-the-art and second to none.”

Not knocking a&m because all schools are doing the same but this is all about profit and has nothing to do with 99% of the fans gameday experience.

Just make sure the aggy engineers know the wind direction this time before they start phase 1 of this project…

No program brags as much as A&M with so little to show for it.
It seems standards are extremely low in the State of Texas.

A suite that holds 50 people, is a suite. Not a “mega suite”.

How much is it costing 8.4 million?

I think Kyle Field would look better and keep more noise in if the upper decks connected.
Just seems more intimidating if UD was fully
lly bowled like Neyland.....Like there's no way out.
If LSU ever bowls in the entire stadium, it would be best if they could connect the decks.
Same thing with alabama. They have a huge gap between endzone UD and east/west uppers.

It's pretty amazing that this sort of investment will be greater than the sum of all housing investments in the state of Louisiana over the same period.

Does Texas really have that many gays to need to expand this stadium so much?

Adding more seats/suites does not make it a good stadium.
Throw all the money you want at it, it’s still an average place to play.
