They stole 145 bases in the regular season. None the past 2 games thanks to Dunhurst. Incredible defensive performance by the catcher. Great season Sooners ! You’re a lot younger than we are and you’ll be back in Omaha next season.

Yep I would have rode him as long as he was still dealing. He kept them off balance all day and I would be pissed if I was him. He made himself a millionaire today. We’re a young team so I think we’ll be back next year.

OU came into this final series with guys at the 2,3,4 spots that were hitting everything in site.
Ole Miss shut them completely down and what was amazing is that every single Ole Miss pitcher was able to get them out.
Still shocked that OU got zilch from those three spots and really not much from anywhere else.

Agreed I couldn’t believe how cold they were. PG went what 0-7 or 0-8 in the 2 games?

It also helps your pitching was lights out so we didn't have many opportunities.
Hats off to you guys. It was fun watching us play on all cylinders until we ran into you guys. Your team was on a mission and a buzz saw.
