So beating Houston and Iowa State means we already won the Big XII Championship?

want UNC. The point of these tourneys is to build your resume more than win it. We need another big matchup. Unfortunately the only way we will face UCONN is if we lose.

Yeah, UNC wins hopefully so we play them. We literally can't play UConn, lose or not. We either play the winner of Mich St/Memphis or the loser of that game.

hats off to Kelly,. I thought it was Moore with the backdoor cut, but it was Kelly. Dude turned it around in the second half for sure.

fricking amazing backdoor cut and amazing pass by Cardwell to tie the game up.

Whats strange about it? its not my fault you have a low basketball IQ. Got some white knights in here trying to defend a trash woman ref She was awful. No call on the Baker drive in the first half where he hurt his knee? Did you forget about that? There were at least a dozen examples she swallowed the whistle when broome was getting mauled underneath. Sorry you dont have the capacity to spot poor officiating, maybe watch some more bball games and learn
I think most would agree that this was far from the worst officiating we’ve seen. It wasn’t great but don’t think it swayed the game too much. The two fellas were just as bad as the lady. Enjoy the win.

Led the team in assist. We've come a long way from the Rob Chubb's of the world.

Low IQ post. Gilbert was in foul trouble early and could have fouled out and others would have had to sub out if those fouls were called. Learn the game woman

Yeah, Tahaad has a bit too quick of a trigger offensively at times so far, and doesn't quite have the physicality and defense yet.

Our size gave them fits down the stretch with the whole lineup being 6'5+ and athletic with the lineups Bruce was running.

Similar to the Houston game, he just felt like the lineup in the game was matching the physicality and the moment. Guess I can’t question the result lol but I did think there was room for one more Pettiford rotation

Yep hard to argue with the result. My guess is Bruce trusted Denver, CBM, and Broome enough on offense to focus on defense and length at the other spots.

UNC is one of the best offensive teams so they are going to get their’s if it’s them. Curious if Bruce decides to press them. Their guards like to play fast and get downhill. I think our offense could have a lot of success against them though.

So turtle got a few minutes, but nothing for Howard. Anything to read into that? Do y’all think we see Howard a few minutes tomorrow?
