Agreed. I think most of us were so bent outa shape about Holland we either didn't notice or ignored the performance Prosch turned in.

I cant believe we have not discussed his massive over throw more

Easiest deep throw he will ever get.

I remember yelling at the tv when that play happened.

"Take your time!"

He didn't need to rush it and Coates was wide open.

We left so many points on the field Saturday.

He rushed it because Fulse whiffed on a block and he felt pressured. Had time to stand in there and make the throw and failed to do so, but Fulse's whiff didn't help matters.

Did Coleman get to play? I was at the game and couldn't tell. Watching it again and the camera just panned over the sideline and I saw him with his helmet on.

I'm still decidedly in the Negabarner camp, but I feel better having rewatched the game. It wasn't nearly as bad as my first impression was. Definitely got a lot of work to do.

We are an average QB and LB away from winning 10 games.

Never noticed him in there, but I can't say one way or the other. Actually didn't get a good fell for the o-line much at all. Other than the Dismukes penalty, they went unnoticed on the broadcast.

I can agree with this. I have hope for NM, but how our LB situation ever got to the point that there is literally no one that beat out Holland is really distressful.. If nothing else, go get a couple guys from juco until you can develop some younger players. Next to QB, it should have been priority 1B

Watching again on YouTube I see what folks meant about Gus getting fired up. Didn't think he had it in him. Specifically after Louis dropped the easy pass on 3rd to pick up a first down before the end of the first half. Then again when they showed a replay of him on the sidelines berating the players. Hopefully this tactic fires the team up.

I loved seeing Gus get fired up. At one point he was so pissed that he threw his gum.

Ah, I couldn't tell on the replay what he threw. Good to know.

My last thoughts and then I move on to Arkansas State

Marshall will get better as the season goes along. I think he steps up this week after getting a game under his belt

Prosch was bad. He made a few decent blocks but missed more than he made. This will change

Quan Bray needs the ball more. He is a play maker and I want him to have the ball more

Corey Grant is a play maker but needs to work on his celebration chest bump. It is really weak

I believe we have one more game in the damn heat. Saturday was humid and hot. All Day Long !!! Just Damn

I like seeing our DB's up on the line of scrimmage. They gave up some yards but also made some plays Saturday. We had three picks and could have easily had 5. I like what I see there

Our receivers need to get their shite together. Get open and catch the damn ball. Watch WSU. They did not drop many

The Dominos Pizza in the concession area sucks arse. My son got one and I eat one piece. Major Fail JHS

We could be a dangerous team. People will not take us seriously for a while but we are set to make some upsets. IF our offense starts to click, which you have to think it will, we could win some games

Jake Holland is bad. I re-watched the game. He made a lot of mistakes..

Yeah. Apparently the only qualification to be the starting MLB at AU is to know the playbook and be able to line up the defense.

If I were Gus, I'd be on the look out on campus for a kid with a decent build and grades who could walk-on in that spot.

What is amazing is that Holland does this so consistently. I mean, that play looked almost like last year's missed tackle just the opposite side of the field

Man some of y'all are throwing NM under the bus. It was his first game after only a few weeks with the team.

greatest practice player in the history of the game Monday thru Friday.

At this point I'm more shocked by his successes, than his mistakes.. So far I haven't seen anything to shock me. He does however lead the nation in most acrobatic missed tackle fails though. If he would start dropping the People's Elbow as he misses another tackle, I would be slightly more inclined to ease up on him a bit.
