Unfortunately it could be true and made me sick to think about it.

You can't fault Frazier for having to play in that horrible offense last year. He played pretty decent in the opening game until Chizik started meddling.

I decided to bump this thread instead of starting a new one regarding our wonderful QB situation so I pose this scenario. What if Frazier is named the starter. I have a decent amount of faith in Gus to make the right call, but I'm actually getting scared we are going to name this kid the starting QB of the first game two years in a row. What if this kid is named QB again? your thoughts...

I thought Frazier was trash and a half last year. I hated him as much as the next guy. But I don't think it'd be terrible to see him start again. I almost want to "see what the kid's got." He was recruited for the spread and it's what he knows. But his confidence and respect from the team might be too far gone to lead us onto the field. I believe Nick Marshall starts with Frazier running a few plays every now and then

It wouldn't surprise me to see him have the type of season Brandon Cox had in 2007. We saw what his potential could have been in 2005, but with his confidence being completely gone in 2007, it killed us at any chance of being successful offensively.

IDK I think Brandon Cox's problem stemmed from the offensive system and how tightly Tub's contributed in Al's decision making. Brandon Cox has got to be one of the toughest QBs' I have seen at Auburn.

Frazier is my pick. He seems perked up on his Twitter.

It was painful watching Frazier last year. The kid has all of the physical tools to be successful, he's just got to get it right between the ears. I'm not sure if the style of offense clouding his mind, if he didn't have the proper support from the coaches or what. It's still possible for him to turn it around.....but I'll be biting my fingernails until I see it.
All that being said....he'll probably get the nod.

If Frazier turns it around this Spring, which he hasn't seemed to do thus far, he is an obvious choice to lead the offense. Nick Marshall is a gifted QB with lots of numbers going both ways.
There has been one constant since Gus landed on the Plains, we have never had a named starter going into fall. Even when cam was here.
I dont give young Wallace a snowballs chance. I hate it for him b/c I think he loves Auburn and I respect him for his perseverance last year.

I think it will be between him and Nick Marshall.
My gut feeling says Nick Marshall.

Maybe I'm crazy, but is there no way Jeremy has a shot? I saw that kid play in person and he is special. (and huge)
