I don't like the direction the team is going but some of you need to stop going full retard. 2013 happened.

You can't put too much weight on the 2013 season though. A coach's third year is much more telling than his first. We can't persist on using 2013 as an excuse for Gus.

Its not an excuse, but when you say shite like "Gus can't coach up a team for an upset" when the entire 2013 season was one big upset, you are objectively incorrect.

as matter a fact, a good argument can be made the only thing Gus is good at is upsetting teams.

What are you talking about? In 2014/2015, Auburn has only been the clear underdog in 2 games

2014 - Alabama
2015 - LSU

Auburn has been the clearly higher ranked team or in a tossup situation for every other game since the start of YR 2

Would be like saying Nick Saban is horrible at upsetting other teams because he hasn't done it since 2009 UF. Well Alabama has been favored in every game since 2009.

Also, keep in mind that upsets by definition are not predicted. It is extremely hard to have a track record of pulling off upsets. If you consistently win those, you will start being the favored team and can't pull upsets anymore.

My point is, in the last two seasons, our team hasn't surprised us in a positive way in any game. The games pretty much unfold in the manner we expect.

I'd probably go with TAMU b/c it absolutely derailed us for the rest of the 14 season.
