What y’all smoking

I got 2 whole chickens on now but have already smoked a butt and a couple slabs of ribs. About 1.5 hours to go or maybe a hair less

Probably just burgers tonight. Did a chuck roast and butt earlier this week.

Steak tomorrow night but that will just be grilled over charcoal and a few hickory chunks. Did smoked sausage dogs last week over the propane.

Smoked sausage is peak smoking. Local Cajun butcher has some Boudin. I may have to go snag some.

Damn some smokes Boudin sounds good spread over a cracker with a dash of hot sauce. Anyone did the shipping with dry ice for it from one of the Cajun makers out of La? I’ve debated it

Anyone did the shipping with dry ice for it from one of the Cajun makers out of La? I’ve debated it.

Billys smoked boudin is choice! Idk too much about shipping. I know the dry ice works well from other things I've ordered in the past.

Cajun Clever in Hoover makes their own. That's where I get my boudin.

Cajun cleaver is solid for the area but having tried most every boudin around here and several from the heart of Cajun country, what we have doesn’t come close. Billy’s is excellent.
