I'd like him to look a little leaner maybe? He still looks like he's carrying babyfat at times

So to put weight on the lineman, is it primarily getting them lifting more or eating more?

I wonder what got into Callahan? (wink-wink)
I noticed that Patrick Miller had put on 7-8lbs as well. Peyton Barber at 225lbs now as well!

The best way to go about young lineman is to trim them down before trying to build them back up. A lot of them come in "overweight" in the sense that they are carrying more fat than needed and less muscle than needed.

So the best way would be to trim off the fat (ala Bradley last year) and try to maintain muscle mass, then to increase the calorie intake and change up the routine to increase muscle gains.

Is Javy still injured? I just see him having a hard time getting in a lot more at LB at that weight.

I see that flowers took off a good bit of weight. Wonder if that was holding him back.

Whitaker's weight gain is probably due to his injury. I would expect him to trim back down some.

As long as he still hits like a truck, I don't give a crap how big he is. Trey Blackmon weighed 205 lbs.

Possibly a factor but the biggest known issue for him last season is he was having problems grasping schemes on D.

I saw him briefly in the clips from practice yesterday. Seemed to be going full speed

Good to see Patrick Miller gain some weight. He was the one that is having problems meeting weight gain goals.

I'm sure Mitchell's issues have to deal with his injury too.
