Boys we’ve got some serious talent in the backcourt this year.

Even if Auburn had a night off shooting Vermont never had a chance with that defense. Every Catamount was wearing an Auburn jersey all night.

Damnit, need to save these three’s for the weekend

But what if we don't have to "save" them this year?

One can hope!

That was a fun watch. It's nice to see an Auburn team be competent.

One observation.............without Aden, Tre, and KD, we got 3 happy at times but I didn't see us go stupid for any stretches. I am not sure how to feel about that.

Just saw a tweet that said "Imagine Bruce Pearl not allowing Miles Kelly to shoot threes. That's similar to the coaching malpractice Hugh Freeze showed us with Jarquez in the second half last week"

Speaking of KD, I believe he had 2 points the other night on 17 minutes of play against NC Central

Tre did much better. Had 16 against Cleveland state

Guard play is what has been missing since the final 4 run. This could be a really fun year.

I didn’t realize Vermont was a tournament team last year and won its conference eight times in a row. And we turned them over 16 times when they have an average of 9. This is seriously impressive stuff. Keep it close in the end like within 5-7 points of Houston, that will be a great sign.
