We haven’t had success in Tuscaloosa since Cam-Back. How AUsome would it be to sink the dagger and then riding off in the Sunset Bowling!!

Saban had our number. Auburn is undefeated in Ttown without Saban. Deboer is no Saban.

We have to win this one. Get bowl eligible to give our young guys more experience. Signal to recruits that we’re actually building a program.
And knock Alabama out of the playoffs.
Y’all realize they are still in it, right?
If SMU and Clemson both lose in the next two weeks, Alabama has a chance of getting in.
If Boise St or Indiana lose, they’re most likely in.

This makes me want to puke! I would have thought with uTx, UT, and UGA.. 4 SEC teams wouldn’t get in.

Problem is Ole Miss lost to Florida and South Carolina lost to Bama. There has always been the possibility of a 3-loss SEC team getting in.
If the committee has any semblance of integrity, then South Carolina gets in with a win over Clemson. They took Bama to the wire in Bryant Denny and have been on a hot streak to end the season.
Ole Miss has a better performance win over Georgia than Bama had over the same opponent.
But for some reason, the AP, the coaches, and the FPI still see Alabama as the best of the remaining teams.
Just like last year, outside of “eye test” and “recruiting rankings” bullshite, Alabama has no argument to be the last team in. But here we are with them at #13.

I just looked at the new rankings and I agree.. I doubt they would jump USCe 4 spots for beating #12. It also doesn’t help Arizona St. is playing an unranked Arizona team to jump Bama.
This makes me nauseous that Bama might get all the House Cards to fall In their favor (again), when we couldn’t get 1 team to fold in 2004

Aaaannndddd despite them sucking arse, they still have one of the best rosters in all of football. When they’re clicking (Wisconsin, LSU, 1st half of Georgia), they can blast anybody. So it’s not out of the realm of possibility for them to win the whole damn thing if they get the chance.
