Very premature, but I think Gus keeps the coaching staff intact for next season:

Lashlee will Kirby smart it with Malzahn for several years
Ellis had his chance at a HC gig. Don't see him trying it again. And it appears Gus has given him free reign of the D
Don't see Rodney G or Daymeunne leaving their alma mater after only a year or two

Those are the four I am most concerned with keeping.

Would think Harbison and Smith will be there for a couple of years at least.

Don't know if Horton and Fountain will go anywhere on their own. I think they're probably the luckiest of the coaches to land their respective jobs.

You've got to think with the excitement around the program, most coaches will want to stick around at least for 2 or 3 years to get their own players in too

Unless an alma mater comes calling for one of the position coaches, I don't see any of them leaving after one successful year.

This is one of the reasons I was very excited with the EJ hire. He's turned the defense around and probably won't get any HC offers after going 0-12 at His last gig.

I truly can't imagine any information out there right now that would make anyone believe they had any idea what coaching changes could happen after the season.

Im not being a smart arse. Do you know something?

Fountain will likely move back into an administrative roll and we will look for a replacementother than that we are solid.

Harbison and Smithshould be more iimportant than the OP indicate. Our DBs despite iinexperience and talent gaps are playing well.

I think everyone is going to want to stick around for 2014 just because of how many seniors that will play. It will be a good chance to make a run for the SECCG and beyond with the current players and a 2nd year under the coaching staff.

If 2014 is succesful, then I could see some people maybe trying to move to higher postitions. Should be interesting.

Don't know anything and as I said I know it's premature. However, I believe there are certain factors you can consider, i.e. as another poster mentioned it would be surprising If EJ left bc I doubt anyone gives him another HC gig this soon after his 0-12, and I honesty don't know if there is a better DC position than what he has now
