we need Schwartz to be more involved in the offense. Especially on deep routes.

We pretty much stopped throwing over the middle of the field after that first descent drive. Schwartz needs the ball in space.

On O, I really wish Nix would keep it on a few reads. It’s been there multiple times. That would soften up the D for all of our other stuff to work. If we can’t run the ball we don’t really have a shot.

With a decent Oline the offense would work. Need more DJ, DJ, DJ.

I don't care who the quarterback is. But it's obvious Nix isn't playing well. Gatewood may perform just as bad given the chance.

He's a true freshman against what some people are calling an unstoppable team. If I'm Gus, I'm running, running and running some more. Mostly north running. Don't take losses. Get Joey in for 3rd and short, and redzone plays. Let Bo take throw simple slants and drags, until we pop them with a deep ball.

Taking Nix off the field and using the wildcat with Boobee was surprisingly effective in its small sample size

If you’re going to play Nix then run the RPO. If you want to run it down their throats then no reason to not go with Gatewood.

The $EC wants this game to stay close but they are definitely not going to let us win. It was pretty evident in the first half. They want the 1v2 matchup so they can hype that game for two weeks. I’ve accepted that and I refuse to melt about bad calls in the second half.

Why not let Gatewood throw? He has a stronger arm, and cannot be less accurate than Nix.
