I briefly got on board because of recruiting

Recruiting means nothing if you cannot develop the talent you bring in. There has been zero qb development at Auburn since Brandon Cox came through the program back in the early 2000’s. It’s a track record that every coach in the league can point to and say don’t go there as a qb or a wr, you’ll never make it to the league. The talent we do have plays down to the level of coaching we hire, because a dumbed down playbook produces low football IQ players on the field. You can’t lower the bar offensively and expect to produce top their results.

Freeze entered this season knowing that his first 2 seasons were not satisfactory. This season was a MUST for major improvement. Now we are seeing some of the worst football in 10 years. He has two weeks to do a major overhaul, with multiple problems to address. He has to fix his OL, He has to fix, or bench his QB. He has to pull the trigger an make one person the official offensive play caller. He has to shut his damn mouth about needing to run the ball more, and come up with a legitimate, balanced gameplan. He has to do all of this in 2 weeks before playing one of the best teams in the country. I do not see him accomplishing this, but this is what has to be done or the next game may get him fired mid-season. Then his career will be similar to Terry Bowden's.

Similar to a guy who went undefeated, started his career 20-1-1, won the sec west, routinely beat our rivals? Hugh hasn't been within a country mile of accomplishing any of those things.

Cam Coleman had 7 more receiving yards than Alabama's LT

If this isn't screaming buy-in on Auburn then I dont know what is!

When does Freeze hit the tee off today?

Freeze is lethargic on the sideline. We need someone young, brilliant and full of vinegar who wants to make a name for himself.

I guess the point went over your head. Bowden was fired mid-season. Name the major program he coached since then? The same fate will be Freeze's. He got plucked from Liberty and given a second chance. No one will give him a 3rd. We know this, and most importantly, so does he unless he is delusional.

Auburn fans refuse to be objective. Hugh was not a good hire, it was easy to see before he was hired, who he was. Now, here we are after we wasted 3 more years wondering why a mid coach isn't a world beater. This is exactly who we hired. Enjoy the results.

Fans can't hire or fire a coach. Being hopeful isnt a flaw. Chiz was the worst hire on paper we have ever had, and he won a title.

JA having more runs than both RBs combined is criminal. Not having a script for the opening set of plays is awful. I DON'T want flashy offenses, I will take an offense that does the fundamental basic stuff any day over this, also I will NEVER want a head coach known for their passing attack at Auburn. Auburn has running in it's DNA, taking that away is denying it's natural environment.
