The Rivals side of mods has been quiet regarding the Thamel rumor and the pushback rumors unless it was mentioned in a brain drain session.

Just saw an E2C Network tweet sighting sources (one from each side) saying an offers not been made yet, but that's it.

PAM hasn’t heard anything about that. Harsin doesn’t matter. Butch likes the guy. Would Bruce care? Doubtful.

Butch Thompson coached under him so I doubt him. The WBB coach was at MSU before, but they had lots of success with him as AD. Those are the only 2 I could think of that would know Cohen.

Having Bruce involved with hiring a football coach sounds crazy. But it honestly would not be a bad idea for Auburn. A new AD coming in would be just taking a stab in the dark. Just as Greene did.

That’s where I’m at. Bruce built his basketball empire here. Let him have a say so. Same thing with Butch in baseball. We are so close to dominating the big 3 sports.

I just feel like good coaches know good coaches. He should be able to get a feel for a new incoming coach and how they would fit in. Especially in the SEC since he has so much experience in it.
