Right, so again, I'll say it.
ALL CANDIDATES BEING INTERVIEWED ARE TO SHOW DUE DILLIGENCE BY JACOBS AND THE SEARCH COMMITTEE SO WHEN A DECISION ON BOBBY PETRINO IS MADE, THEY CAN ALL POINT BACK AND SAY THEY EXPLORED ALL OPTIONS.
That is the only thing that makes sense. Maybe Petrino has already interviewed. How do we really know? I think the answer is, as a couple have stated, that NO ONE KNOWS. Let's draw logical conclusions and step back from the ledge until Wednesday. Then, if we do make a stupid hire, I'll jump with you guys.

This. I managed to keep it under control until today but I'm getting too nervous keep it down now.
Plus I don't want to study for exams so I'm focusing on the coaching search.

People are worried because our athletics director has already proven to be incompetent when it comes to hiring a football coach. And now, the second time around, he needs a search committee — now how much the search committee is fully involved, nobody knows — to help him do his freakin' job.
So while the panic is ridiculously high, it's absolutely warranted.

Can someone, anyone give me a probable name besides Smart, Malzhan, Petrino... Anyone???
Why are we not interview Strong, Western Kentucky coach Willie Taggart, Cincinnati coach Butch Jones, ULL coach Mark Hudspeth..
IMHO, JJ and Dye are trying to block Petrino, ok then, lets look at other folks more qualified than Smart... If we get smart Dye shows he has full control again.

Willie Taggert's name shouldn't even pop up in this search. He is 18-20 at WKU. He went 7-5 this year. I don't see why his name keep popping up.

How do you know we won't interview them? Has a new coach been named yet, because until that happens, I don't think you can ask that question with any bit of legitimacy.
