I'm fine with your opinion of not wanting him, but your excuse is ridiculous.
All of the coaches have technically been let go, so it really shouldn't be weird at all if he "keeps" one because it would technically be a new hire.
And I could give two fricks if it is a slap in the face to Chizik. In fact, Malzahn should walk up to Chizk and slap his dick across his face the next time they see each other.
