LOL. Did you not see herbie’s full-body orgasm while watching bammer’s iron bowl miracle gift? You not remember chris fowler hijacking Cam’s Heisman moment, Jim Gray-style? Or herbie and co. moving the goalposts on us every week in 2004 and telling us to get over it? Or herbie stumping for Boise State over us in 2010?
It’s not going to be an improvement.

I would be beyond livid if I were an FSU fan
The narrative of “FSU is struggling after losing their first and second string QBs even though the won their conference championship by double digits, so let’s let in the team that struggled against USF, struggled at home against Arkansas, and needed a miracle with their entire roster healthy against a 6-6 team” is something. I guess FSU should have tried to score again at the end of the game last night.

FSU should have not played in the conference championship game when #2 was out

I mean I agree. So if they don’t care about championships or records and are just picking the “best 4 teams”, how does the 2 time returning national champions who lost in the conference champion game by a field goal that hit the upright, not get in over Washington?
If Georgia and Washington teed it up tomorrow, who do we think would win?
Normally, I think the playoff committee gets it right, I think this time, they got it wrong based on who should have been there. And that’s Florida State. If you’re gonna go with a four best teams, and nothing else matters, no way Georgia is number six.

Listening to these ESPN clowns defend this shite is embarrassing.

Auburn getting screwed in 2004 apparently has been forgotten about in the minds of those on the committee.

Like everything else, I want to put a positive spin on this. Maybe Saban will win another one, surpass the bear, and then retire to his mansion in Florida.

Florida State jeered Auburn then because we supposedly ducked them.

I said in another thread that I thought the SEC Champion was in, regardless, but this is one of the few times where I'm pissed about being right.
The Committee just sent a message of "It doesn't matter what you do during the regular season. It's all about who we think the best 4 teams are on the first weekend in December"
It's not good for the sport

frick FSU. They beat us in the NC game with cheaters who should not have been allowed on the Rose Bowl field.

Bama will get theirs one day. And by theirs I mean a giant turd sandwich. It’s just not this year.
We’ve all seen this movie. It’s about ratings. The networks are tired of a weak fourth seed getting blown out. Period. Money talks.

I'm not upset about FSU and Georgia sitting at home.
