We needed one box out from jabari and. Couple free throws to win that game. Tomorrow will be tough to bounce back

Quick turnaround after double OT. Loyola played the earlier game and had a much slower pace.

They are. I think KD is the best scorer he drives well to the basket. Kessler is by far our best rebounder, and i thought he did well on defense. Sanogo hit some contested shots so not much else you can do. Not sure why Kessler wasn't in at the end of the game when we struggled to get rebounds.

Likely because we needed scorers and guys that could pressure on defense.

I realized watching the game yesterday how far we've come as a basketball program. I felt like we were going to win once we started to make a run. I felt like we'd win in OT. A team with arguably one of its best players out and multiple new pieces learning to play together I just assumed we'd pull it out against UCONN a top 20 type team.
We've come a long way. I'm looking forward to watching this team develop.

This is one we should win off talent and athleticism but I’m curious how guys are going to be feeling today. I’m assuming we will see backups get more minutes after 2OT. Even though we are more athletic Loyola is still a very good team that slows things way down and does the little things well.
