I like it if he can get to where he was prior to the injury

Lunardi has released his 2022 NCAA Tournament bracket prediction. Auburn comes in at an 8 seed while Alabama comes in at a 1 seed.

If Sills can play like he seemed to play every time Arky faced us, were going to be very good next year.

If Sills is coming to Auburn it's because Thor isn't coming back or Scoot isn't going to reclassify. Would have rather had Wheeler. Desi is inconsistent if you look at his yearly averages at Arkansas they go down every year. Good offensive player tho Hopefully he can be a good spark off the bench

Agreed. That is a concern for sure. And shoulder stuff can linger..

If Scoot decides to not reclass are we still leader to beat in the next year’s class?

From what I have heard, if Scoot doesn't come this year, the G League is the presumed favorite.

Jeff Lee says Sills tried to commit to us two weeks ago, and then again last week. We didn’t accept it either time.

He also thinks Sills commits to us tonight.

So, there is bad news in there somewhere if we have room for Sills right now .

Steve Berkowitz
@ByBerkowitz
Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey has signed a college-athlete name-image-and-likeness bill into law, a spokesperson for her office says. The effective date is July 1.
Why GLeague when he can be a yeller feller?

One thing about Desi is that he has a real edge and toughness to him that could really benefit this team. Could be perfect piece off the bench. Sixth man of the year candidate.

He has the capacity to be a great shooter but when he’s off he’s off. He’s lethal with his left and when he drives that direction. He gets to the basket.

I think the take away is that he’s a tough player with a ton of energy and effort and that’s something we could use

My thoughts from last week. I think he helps us. It’s not the hugest of moves but gives us a lot of flexibility

Desi will bring toughness and great defense. Will drive to the basket to get fouls. Gets quite a few rebounds despite his size.

Not a great offensive threat but can score.

Good pickup imo.

It’s funny to me that our fans automatically think Desi will be coming off the bench. He could easily start at the 2. Bruce loves him some Desi and I think he’ll get the most out of him.
