Memphis insider is still adamant that Green goes to Memphis if he doesn’t go pro.

Also, Brown announces April 24th. If not us, hopefully Texas gets him.

We picked up another futurecast on Rivals for Jalen Green. From Eric Bossi.

From Bossi:
quote:

Verdict:

I've said before that because Green and his family have gone so far out of their way to diffuse talk about him potentially ending up overseas, that we owe it to them to take them at their word and expect him to play college ball. But, we are currently living in a pretty wild time with much uncertainty. If Green can secure a big paycheck to go overseas, then nobody should blame him or give him a hard time.

"But, I do believe he ends up playing college ball next year and as we near the end of his senior season I feel that more and more signs are pointing positively in Auburn's direction.

"Memphis has always been quite strong with Green and there is undoubtedly a strong connection to Hardaway and Miller. But, there are also a lot of questions surrounding the Memphis program right now while they are in the NCAA's crosshairs.

"Auburn isn't without their own fair share of scrutiny after getting caught up in the FBI's trial on college corruption, but so far they seem to be surviving and their recruiting hasn't been negatively impacted in any way.

"I've still got time to change my mind -- again -- on this one, but as of today I'm seeing Auburn as Green's most likely destination." -- Eric Bossi, Rivals.com, National Basketball Analsyt

Don’t hate seeing that but it still seems like no one really knows anything on Green

Agree. Makes me wonder if Auburn is a popular pick only based on misinterpreted signs while Brooks Hanson and Corey Evans continue to stand behind their sources in picking Memphis. Maybe they have the solid information.

A rivals insider who predicted Green to Auburn flipped his prediction back to Memphis.

Eric Bossi says conference USA and other mid tier leagues aren’t even recruiting Jayden Stone anymore. His recruiting stock has plummeted.

He also says Auburn should be concerned about LSU for Kuminga. Basically we could be getting worked by another $cumbag coach.

I'm in the wrong profession. I never understood how he was so highly ranked. He's a 6'1 spot up shooter with below average athleticism.

Man it’s going to be a downer if we miss out on the big dogs here at the end. Still would be a good class, but we would certainly take a step back next year without one or two of these elite players.

Because I’m feeling some kind of way right now, I predict we land Jalen and he never sees the court for us.

Saw elsewhere that he’s an Ole Miss reporter. If true then I really don’t care about his pick one way or the other since Ole Miss is not in this fight.

Chris Moore was a beast his senior year and averaged 18 ppg and 16 rpg during the state playoffs. He was first team All-state and named Arkansas state POTY. Impressive.
