Solid.

Iowa State, NC State, Wisconsin, Furman, Davidson, St Louis, and New Mexico all make the tournament at least half the time or more.

It’s not as impressive as last year, but I’m sure Brice is working to get more games in Atlanta and Birmingham, etc

it won’t be known until we play some games but if we get to play Wisconsin in that tournament in New York it potentially won’t be that far behind last year‘s nonconference SOS even though there are a lot of people thinking it’s weak.

I had a dream last night I was in a cornhole tournament.... and Bryce brown and Malik were in it... but Bryce was throwing the beanbags like he was shooting 3s... and Malik was dunking the bags... all were going in.

Is this weird?

A couple of notes from the weekend and last night:

Bruce visited sweet Sharife last night. Sounds like we're going to really push for him to commit in the next few weeks, quick turnaround after the weekend visit obviously. UGA visiting as well. Harper being there this weekend couldn't have hurt.

Pearl headed to meet high 4* IMG SG Matthew Murrell today/tonight. Vandy visiting as well.

Pearl headed to see 5* CG Jalen Green next Monday - #3 overall player (!!!) He's taking an OV on the 26th.

Pearl saw 2021 5* Jabari Smith yesterday as well.

Bruce is a machine!

I didn't see it posted, but Jaemyn Brakefield (#35 overall, 6'9 PF) had a really great OV over the weekend. Seems like it's us and Louisville at the moment. Interesting that he says Bruce wants him to play the Chuma / Tobias Harris role. Harris was a star for Bruce at UT and just got a massive NBA contract. Love that Pearl can hang his hat on having a star in the NBA. Brakefield is from Mississippi so he likes the south and the small town vibe.

Last thing is Kessler had his OV to Duke last weekend but I haven't seen any notes come out about it. I guess it's good he didn't commit? Up next is UNC for him and then Gonzaga.

??? LINK ??? I can't seem to find that info anywhere? He was supposed to be a hard Vandy lean, so I guess that wouldn't be a huge shock taking academics into consideration

I’m wrong. It was Max Murrell that committed there.

He is a Vandy lean but the basketball insiders at Rivals feel like we are making up ground.

??? I don't think he's ever committed. If he has then it's oddly not showing up on his 247 timeline.

Hooks said some of the listed weights on the roster aren't quite right. Stretch is up to 233, Flanigan is at 225, and Okoro is at 230.
