St John's is extremely undersized. Like really bad. Their three % will drop dramatically with conference play. He's definitely not their best player. I've seen more and more deja vu moments from him in the games I've watched a bit of. Lots of foolish turnovers.

I still don’t understand why so many people on this board didn’t like heron last year.

Because he was a black hole ball hog. Mustapha Heron's Assist Rate of 6.8 was one of the worst rates for any NCAA wing/singificant ball handling player last year

For comparison, Rob Chubb had a better assist rate than Mustapha Heron

Youtube TV or Sling would be the best two streaming service options.

Or you could just go here LINK

Any subreddit (enter sports name)streams will generally work.

I use Hulu.
You can access any of the SEC+ games with WatchESPN app.

Get a roku or something comparable

The shite part about YouTube TV is my internet isn’t always up to speed. Sometimes I’m behind the rest of the posters on the game threads and my responses are off.

People were frustrated by Heron’s style of play.

I don't remember this at all. Heron was a star. I loved his game and was bemused by his departure. He was a great player for us, and took over some games last year when we're needed it.

Heron had a different, unconventional composure as a player. He could really hurt us if we were on a hot streak, or really help us if we were on a cold streak. Rarely did he contribute much in the middle.

We need a appreciate him because he committed to come to a dead-beat basketball program as a 5-star when there were no signs of anything changing. I'm glad he got an conference championship under his belt and is now doing well at St. Johns.

Absolutely we should be grateful for Heron. When he committed it was the first big step to legitimizing what Pearl was building here. No doubt having a player of his caliber helped sell other guys on coming here. He's still the top rated recruit we've ever signed in the era of online recruiting services according to 247

Agreed.

I never liked Heron, his game or his team chemistry fit.

I still am able to recognize he contributed a lot to the program and we were fortunate he came to play at AU

The googles says the game tonight will be on SECN alternate, but it said that about the MS College game as well and it wasn’t for me (DirectTV). Does anyone know if tonight’s game will actually be aired on the alternate channel?

17-16 has a $3 Bryce Brown shot.

Someone please order it tonight, pound it, and report back on how it is.

Thank you.

Don’t think so. It’s going to be on WatchESPN.

Would Heron have had a banner in the rafters recognizing his contribution had he stayed for another year? Where would he have ranked historically?
