Yea, as many games as I have been to, that would be a tough sell

I assumed Kirby would be another Muschamp.

He probably would have been at a lot of programs.

Well I suppose Penn State had a great time yesterday and they can go back to the BIG 10 and share their fun with the other BIG members. We should have no problem with the others wanting to come down and play us in the near future. Should be great for scheduling BIG members.

The game yesterday reminded me of the 1982 Nebraska game. We were down 14-7 at half and they blew us out in the 4th quarter scoring 20 points. Maybe we can get Nebraska back for a home and home. We are about on par with them now.

Looks like they may be hiring Urban. Id hold off on that invite for a few months.

I'll be there. I'm going to load up on screwdrivers or bloody marys before hand.

By the time the game would happen, Urban would be long gone.

And I'm including if the game is scheduled in 3 years.

If history is any indicator. Its amazing that a guy who appears to be very talented is such a douche and cant get out of his own way

No. Nebraska has to recruit nationally, and they are not a national brand anymore. Big mistake by them to leave the Big12, because their program depended on players from Texas.

Their program depended on TV, back when not every team was on TV every weekend. Made a built in recruiting advantage. Now, you can be on TV anywhere and a kid from FL doesn't want to live in Lincoln.

Would smart have even said yes to us? He was always Georgia’s

Yes. A poster here knows Smart's inlaws' dog groomer's plumber, and Kirby had even purchased an orange and blue tie.

I sure hate the 40 something-year old douche with an 8 year old's haircut. It's hard for me to believe I would have loved him at Auburn...

Are you serious? He 100% would have taken this job happily. There was zero guarantee that the Georgia job would even open up for him at that point in time, or that he would even be their #1 target. He ended up getting hired at Georgia THREE years after we ultimately chose Malzahn over him. A lot can happen over three years.
