The first game is on SEC Network +. YouTube TV is my provider. It looks like I have to watch the game through the ESPN app. Question: do I need a paid ESPN subscription to watch the game or will I be able to watch on the standard app.

If your YouTube TV subscription includes SEC network you should be good to go.

This. If you already get the SECN, you will be able to watch the game.

I thought SEC Network + was an additional subscription?

Let’s start our own network. We’ll rename ourselves Dave and call it Jefferson Pilot Sports

ESPN is showing that it is on ESPN+. Is there a difference between the two?

And by the way according to the ESPN tracker Akron has greater chance of beating Auburn than you do of dying from da rona.

You might have better quality than JPS had at times.

no

3. ESPN+ is a paid subscription. Do I have to pay separately to access SEC Network+?

No. SEC Network+ is part of your pay TV subscription.

5. Can I watch SEC Network+ on my television?

SEC Network+ is not a television channel, however, you can watch the events on a television screen through the ESPN App via the major OTT streaming devices.

The confusing part is that if you have SEC Network you’ve got SECN+, but you access it through a separate app (ESPN). I’m just going to figure it out the day of the game but, at this point, I’m pretty unsure about how that aspect works still

I watched A-Day on the computer. I couldn't watch it on tv. That was on SECN+.

Same here and with ESPN logging in was difficult as it wouldn't work well and the experience was crappy

Edit: Decided to stop being lazy and figured it out.

You’ll download the espn app. Log in with an espn username. Find the programming (I just used PTI). There’s a blue button that asks you to sign into your provider.

Clicked that, searched my provider, entered my credentials, and now it seems to be all linked up

Here’s a guide for folks that have SECNetwork with a provider and want to use those credentials to watch the game on the ESPN app

Rokus and Amazon Fire Sticks are pretty cheap. Just get one of those.

I am an old fart that doesn't get all of this highfalutin techy stuff. I have a Roku tv. I can stream stuff on it but haven't been able to find the SECN on it.

Say I get ESPN+. Will I be able to watch the game on tv with that?

Thanks for the info!

I swear to God, every year I sympathize more with my father who could not get the betamax to stop blinking 12 o'clock.

I miss just using the channel up and down key on the old remote.
