I assume largest in college, it won't be near Dallas size

I like it to. Hell hang it somewhere else in the stadium in working order

Good thing about the north scoreboard is how easy it is to see the down, distance, time, etc.

It would be very odd to walk into JHS and not see it

The glare of the sun is going to suck on a new video screen in that endzone when we play day games.

Hopefully they take that into consideration

I would love to have two screens. I was in school when the jumbotron went up and thought it was legit. I get that the scoreboard has sentimental value but it's old and doesn't really wow the new kids.

Is a new sound system that expensive to install?
I could be wrong, but I have always thought the reason the sound system was so bad is because the main speakers (maybe only speakers) are mounted in the south endzone tower. If this is true, I wonder if running wires to connect speakers in other parts of the stadium has been deemed more difficult.
May also explain why the old scoreboard stays, because the wires to run it are there, but not easy to upgrade to power a new fancy board.

The north end zone has to have a new structure to support a new score board. It will happen but probable 2016 as part of a larger project. Need to enlarge the concourse in that end zone and possible add seats.

Is it possible for them to attach a Bose sound system to it?

I'm pretty sure my laptop speakers > Current AU sound system

I mentioned it before the aTm game, but it was buried in the wailing and gnashing of teeth, that I have a good friend who owns an engineering firm AU uses sometimes.
It is supposed to be 200' screen, end to end, and they were looking at multiple cranes.
Sound System is a mess. IDK if it is even worth an upgrade. I imagine they are trying to hold off until they know what actual stadium upgrades are made. Thus avoiding paying for it more than once.
