Off topic, but Tater Tot is putting together a nice staff at Louisiana-Monroe.
He just hired Rich Rod as OC. He hired Zac Alley (Boise ILB coach last year, prior Clemson GA) as DC.
Billy Napier should have left ULL, Tater Tot taking over.

We still need a WR and DL coach, and to hear about T-will, are there other off field roles we are still working to fill?
Is the UCF WR coach the guy? All I've heard is he cleared out his office and apparently quit UCF

Nope he hated recruiting and its one the main reasons he took a job in the NFL. I like Rocker as a coach, but we need someone who can recruit imo.

We have recruiters. I wouldn't mind someone who can actually develop lineman. Not saying Rocker can, just watching our non-existent pass rush the past 4 years has me wanting a change.

I actually disagree.. We need a few more guys who can recruit on this staff. Given the other names we've heard.. Guys who can both coach and recruit, this wouldn't be the best hire imo.
I think its a little weird we are basically just mixing the Boise ST and USCe staffs (After hearing about how people from all over the country we're calling about coaching at Auburn). Boise St won plenty of games and are coming with Harsin so that makes sense.. USCe won 2 games last year though..

His track record on recruiting is pretty solid, still. It’s not his favorite thing to do but he gets dudes in.
For whatever that’s worth. He’s not my favorite coach. I’ve said a million times on this board he was overrated when he was here
