fricking punter is pumped about all those chances he'll get to look good after we go 3 and out 20 times a game.

Pinson Valley (Ala.) Rivals100 four-star WR Earnest Robinson
"I think we're going to win with a new offense. I'm going to stay. He was one of my first recruiters. He recruited me as a sophomore and a junior. He led Arkansas State to a great season, I feel good about it. I feel good about Auburn and my commitment now that we know who the coach is. We're going to have a great relationship and I can't wait to meet him again.
"I want Jeremy Johnson to stay too, he's my homeboy. I want him to stay and we're going to do the same thing. I'm going to talk to some of the other commits later tonight."
Huntsville (Ala.) three-star linebacker Cameron Toney
"I feel great. I never wavered anyway. I like the hire and I feel like we're on the way back to a national championship. I'm glad the search is over, it was stressful. But everything is cool with Auburn."
Cooper City (Fla.) three-star defensive back Lemond Johnson
"I'm glad we have a coach now and I know he was a part of Auburn's championship they won and that's a good thing. I'm glad we have a coach and we can move forward. I feel like it's a good hire since he's worked at Auburn before and he knows about Auburn."

At least we're going to keep Foster.
Now hopefully Malzahn sees that he's immensely more talented than Holland, and he is starting by our third game next year.

5 star Reuben Foster says "I’m definitely still committed to Auburn.” after hiring of Malzhan.

On Gus as new head coach, Foster says "great hire."
Hopefully these are true comments.

I like Earnest Robinson's comment. Jeremy Johnson will stay with AU. Offensively, we'll pull a hell of a class.

If Gus is making decisions about who our starting LBs are, we have issues. I'm hoping he makes a slam dunk DC hire or keeps BVG, and stays the hell away from the defense. Great to see Johnson, Robinson, and Foster still on board, hopefully we can keep Lawson as well.

Well Jarrad Davis was honest.. I'd say most are genuine reactions.

COMMIT REACTION: #Rivals100 QB commit Jeremy Johnson, "I'm excited... I feel like this seals the deal." https://bit.ly/TAItZY @Rivals
You would think they would say I will continue to look around or something like that Gnar Cat21. Not that they like the hire.
edit: heres Davis' comments
Linebacker Jarrad Davis of Kingsland (Ga.) Camden County told 247Sports last week a de-commit from Auburn could happen soon. On Tuesday, he made it clear his verbal isn't as solid as it once was but seemed willing to give Malzahn & Co. a chance.
"I'm probably going to wait [to decide anything] until I meet all the new people [at Auburn]," Davis said. "But if I find a better school than Auburn on these visits I'm going to take, I probably will de-commit. I going to Ole Miss this weekend, and I know I'm going to Duke the next weekend. I'm probably also going to be going to Florida on Jan. 11. [With Auburn] I would have to go up there and talk to somebody, talk to the coaches, and build a relationship."

They're recruits. It's not coachspeak. If they don't like a hire, they'll say they don't like it, and yeah, they'll bail.
Posted on 12/4/12 at 5:06 pm to Gnar Cat21
He said he's still taking visits and if he finds a school/staff he likes then he'll probably de-commit.

I'm just saying, recruits don't always say what they mean. and don't always just bail right away even if that is there intent the whole time
