If that rumor turns out to be fully true (only half true now) and we get Caleb Williams, the Potato Posse will be quelling a lot of fears around being able to recruit.

Even if he doesn't end up at Auburn, his choice could open up other potential options for us. For example, if he follows Riley to USC, why would Jaxson Dart stay there? If he goes to Georgia, that means that Daniels, Beck, and Vandergriff likely all start considering other options.

With all due respect, the kid (as a freshman) had a 64.6% comp rate and threw for 21 TDs vs 4 interceptions in 11 games. If we need someone for Holden to sit behind for a year or two, we aren't getting a much better option at this point than that...
