No, I think he is actually good. Vandy’s skill players are the worst in the p4 by a large margin and he scraped out a couple tough wins. That’s a 2 win roster with a typical Vandy QB.
That said, Arnold is better.
But yeah, he is Hugh’s daddy.

Did nothing last season but Durkin really likes him and recruited him hard out of HS

Their defense is ranked like 30 spots higher than their offense in PPG.
He is good, but the narrative that he is supposedly responsible for all 6 of their wins is moronic. He did almost nothing against us. Their defense beat us.

Would have been 70 spots higher without Pavia.

I just hope he actually knows how to do pass coverage on 3rd and long.

If Vanderbilt was Diego's 5th year
2 years at juco
2 years at Aggies
and he wins his appeal
Then that's just another precedent the NCAA is bizarrely starting
Cant wait to beat up that mid when he is 25 years old next year

What ever happened to that LSU transfer LB we got a couple years ago? Had a good freshman year at LSU and then he Left the team at Auburn.

Has the NCAA taken a stand on any ruling since NIL? They are a feckless bunch. Headed towards an uncertain end

He was a true freshman
Seems like an athlete, pretty fast. Guessing needs some work. Durkin has been recruiting him since he was at A&M so probably a good fit for what he likes to do
We’re obviously targeting a ton of starters in the portal. Not sure this is one of them yet, but a good pickup for the LB room

The speed of him and Riddick on the field at the same would be insane.
