Not sure why everyone is freaking out about the rebuild job. We are on schedule or a hair ahead of this 3 year project. Next season will be year 2. ‘25 is the year to look for improved play and some upsets. After that going forward we should be right at contending every year as long as we keep this type recruiting going

No you are just believing your own opinion. You wanna write off the kids and say they cant put together a championship run, go right ahead. I will hold back judgement until i know the damn roster.

Ok when the roster is complete next August give us your opinion. I’m reading into what we currently know. Like I said take next seasons top QB in the country next year and that dude doesn’t get us to 10 wins. If you knew my post history you would know I’m never of the defeatist mindset. But reality is reality

Seems like more of a realist than a defeatist.

We are getting program changing talent right now, but I agree that it will take time. If we go 8-4 and win our bowl Then I'll count that as a victory if we sign a top 3 class in the country. After year 3 of stacking talent it will all come down to Coaching at that point

We just need to beat UGA next year. They’ll be rebuilding too. Need to stop that bleeding

We will be on the road against Bama and UGA with UGA bringing back possibly the top QB in the country. Not saying it won’t happen since we don’t play games on paper but we have to have things go our way on the field to win on the road

It’s not about positivity or negativity it’s about reality and realistic expectations.

I go into every game thinking how can we win this game. What needs to happen and how can we make that happen. I never go into a game saying no way we can win this game.

Yes I support all of our players but just because I’m a fan or they wear our blue and white jersey does it make them better players. Our talent is middle of the pack of the SEC talent going into next year.

How many people would pick say UK who is middle of the pack SEC to win on the road against UGA and Bama

All of this is irrelevant to saying “people are freaking out about the rebuild”

He’s not freaking out about the rebuild. He’s being blindly positive which is pretty much the opposite of freaking out about the rebuild.

I know we can get some great players and some quality depth through the portal but it’s so weird to me.

It doesn’t hold my interest like high school recruiting. Maybe it’s just me but with the portal guys let me know who we get when the sign on. Obviously I’ll watch but yall know what I’m saying.

Anyone else feel that way or differently about keeping up with it

Only thing that interests me is glaring needs. Freeze going after TEs in the portal tells me we’re not getting any of the high school TEs we wanted, because otherwise they wouldn’t be offering. Most of the TE room is coming back next year. This kid is in the mold of Fairweather though, and he has 3 years of eligibility left.

I think we are happy with 5-6 TEs but not gonna reach at the high school level. So probably need a 2 year receiving TE. So you can probably look for Freeze to have 3 blocking type and 3 flex type on the roster
