Why are the playoff games still attached to the bowls? Doesn’t make much sense imo. Bowls should be left behind

In all my years there have only been three (or so) teams I could not bring myself to pull for. Alabama, USCw, and OSU. Even if they are new I hope the sec wins so I guess I’ll pull for Texas one more time. Last time they won USC V TEXAS.

It’s ridiculous that the top seeds didn’t get opening round home games to reward their fans. Silliness ….

I never had to really pull for them to lose anything meaningful. They did that by themselves most of my life so they missed the list.

All the money in the world and they get done in by a stupid spur of the moment decision by the play caller HC. The what ifs are going to haunt them until next season.

I really hope Ohio State wins this. It will validate that those who pay the most money and creatively buy the best players from other top teams (Judkins, Downs etc.) are going to be winners and that’s what the sport has been reduced to . All I have wanted is the hoarding of top talent by Georgia and the Crimson Turds to stop.

They screwed up bringing in that heavy package on 1st down. Had to substitute and then terrible play call

The seeding was a little (a lot) wonky, imo. A conference title should guarantee your team a spot in the playoffs, but not a bye. (JMO)

I'd rather make it 16 teams and lfg, but, if they keep 12 w/byes, it should go to the top four seeds.

Overall, I've enjoyed the new system. We should have done this years ago.

You guys know what’s killing these coaches out here?

The forgotten position of fullback is biting these coaches in the arse. Imagine having Heath Evans in that situation.

If we had done this years ago games and plays like camback and kick 6 would have been irrelevant. I really don't see how any college football fan can think this is a good thing. We already had the NFL

12 is way too many teams. Only 4 to 6 teams had a realistic shot to win it all.

I have said it for years, you have to have a bigger back in the roster. I loved when we used Jay Prosch.

I tend to agree even though I thought 4 was fine.

camback no, Bama would have been playing for a spot - we would have been playing to keep them from getting one

kick 6 would have been anticlimactic even the following year, as both teams would have made the 4-team field and likely had to play each other again

even the SECCG started CFB down the path of making regular season matchups less important
