Montgomery was under contract through the 2025 season at an annual salary of $1 million that is fully guaranteed. Before going 43-53 at Tulsa, Montgomery served in coordinator roles at both Baylor and Houston.

He's alluded to it multiple times and each time all I hear is excuses for poor management. Good managers make corrections before an issue occurs. They don't publicly degrade an employee afterwards.
This is my biggest issue with Freeze.

Agreed. Freeze hired this guy - better make a good hire coming up. He needs to hire, coach, recruit and do the other CEO things all at once.

If Freeze thinks he can streamline through the suck then he needs to do it. You dont know frick all about coaching.

A great OL can work wonders. Gus and Harsin seemed to think turnstiles would be okay on an OL.
