I have zero doubt the next "hot thing" DC is about to be at Oregon and he'll be the head coach at USC or Colorado or Wisconsin in 5 years and win 3 titles at those schools.

The roundtable radio show said that Oregon beat writers reported around 11pm their time that the football coaches had an hours long meeting. Oregon may be burning.

Yeah... something was going on with Leavitt. He interviewed and was rumored for several HC jobs.... he clearly wanted out, and that probably pissed off the folks at Oregon. From the outside looking in, it appears he was let go.

I Heard that he has not recruited in a months. Seems like he basically forced them to fire him for not doing his job.

UO and Leavitt reached a deal... he’s not receiving his full buyout... probably means he was in some way not fulfilling his obligations.

Stephen Godfrey said Levit and Cristobal never got along and this was bound to happen. Cristobal practically kept the whole staff from when he was interim and it didn’t work out. Not sure how Oregon is burning, they’re about to get a guy that fits his way of doing things.
