That's the 100 million dollar question to everyone but the Auburn fans that want him.

He's not my 1st choice but we could do much worse. Having said that, I suspect most people realize there's more than 1 game every season. Look at season stats and get back to me.

These contracts are paid by Auburn and the go-away money isn’t.

What’s attractive about Kiffin is the offense and his ability to get a roster competitive quickly. He’ll have the resources at Auburn to compete in NIL at the HS level — the only thing he really struggles with now at OM. Obviously, he does well in the portal.

He’ll also have the ability to establish a solid defensive staff. Auburn can pay and they can lure the guys willing to put their nuts in the table with our schedule.

Kiffin isn’t a slam dunk, though. I think it’s important to point out he has flaws. But paying him 2x Harsin seems like a steal though

Yeah. He's had no defense most games. He's lost to every ranked team (right now) he's played. His best win is against Kentucky. He almost lost to Kentucky, Auburn, and A&M and could easily lose to State. He could have easily finished with 7 losses this year. Giving him more talent is not going to make up for his coaching.

This game is all on his coaching. They didn't suddenly forget everything because he didn't want to be there like his fans are hoping. It's his coached team looking this bad and the ones wanting him at Auburn want to pick and choose what counts and what doesn't and claim Auburn talent is going to fix him. He could not be anymore obvious with what he will be like at Auburn. He's been ran off from everywhere (minus UT) for not being as great as they thought.

He is an above average offensive coach and nothing else. He doesn't make his defensive players any better. Good coaches make their whole team better.

Beamer benefitted last year from not have any embarrassing losses or massive screw ups that would cause uncertainty from an already lower level of expectations. Year two and his trajectory still seems to be up. He hammers the portal well to boot.

He is intriguing

Now up 63-31 against Tennessee.

Anyone know what the deal is between Beamer and UT? Beamer looked to be intentionally running up the score.

It was honestly a weird game. OM ran like crazy but seemingly found a way to implode almost every drive.

Defense flat gave up though.

Tenner ran up the score against Mizzou, and I mean they ran up the score. 66-24 Tenn.

So this week, Beamer ran up the score as payback (possibly, maybe cause he did it for the chaos). I guess it's an example of you reap what you sow

It’s worse then that UT was using timeouts under 2 minutes and throwing bombs

This is why I love this sport

CFB makes no sense, at all. That's what makes it fun (and really sad)!

It’s starting to turn into SEC basketball, where almost any team playing at home can beat any other team.
