tried them out for one rehearsal, i thought they were great, but i was outvoted

we stuck with our monitor setup, mainly because the guitarists were afraid of what happened to you last night

since i mix from the stage that could have been disastrous

Whatcha doing to the CJ?

I've got an '86 that I pulled the motor a few years back and had it rebuilt. Need to do the suspension next, the leaf springs are shot.

In theory, everything. 79k mile '84 Laredo survivor from a wealthy old lady's ranch. I've got it disassembled, finished rebuilding the T-5 except for setting the input shaft play, but can't get past all the other non-Jeep projects long enough to seriously work on it.

I have the parts to build a stroker with a modern HO head, just lack the time and energy as I have gotten older. Body and frame have no more than superficial rust. She gave it a camo paint job using green, brown and light tan colors picked from the Dillard's cosmetics counter. I'll have to do something about that too.

Was too chicken to try to rebuild my T-5. Might be past my skillset or my organizational abilities.

When I'm feeling lazy I use LINK

I managed to get a hold of two bottles of Elmer T Lee, very happy right now.

Rebuilding the Jeep T-5 is more of a challenge than other ordinary T-5's. They Jeep trans, typical of AMC at the time, is a weird hybrid of parts that is part normal T-5, part World Class T-5 (Mustang 5.0 Fox bodies) and its own set of parts. I sent internal pics to a guy who is probably the world expert on building T-5's, he literally wrote a book on it, and his response was "Hmph, heard they made them like that but I've never seen one in the flesh!"

Fairly new company, started by a Birmingham guy and Auburn grad, partnered with one of the cocktail bars here to help design them I believe. I think they are really solid.

No music this weekend. But, just got back from Alex City. My boy’s team lost by 1 to Benjamin Russell. There was some awful home cooking. Coach V almost got ejected. It was awful.

Also, on a goal line TD, my boy made the huge DE for BR look like a little bitch!

That said, BR’s QB is a 4-Star Class of 28 target for Auburn, Kingston Preyear. He’s got some legs. Needs just a tad more work in the passing game, but he looks pretty damn good right now.

I’m trying a new one today for the first time … will let you know how it turns out. Got it at total wine.

Just put the brisket on the smoker about an hour ago. Getting ready to make my blackberry jalapeño bbq sauce to go with it.

Going to be a great day WDE !

played last night at one of our favorite venues, restaurant/bar thats an offshoot of the best craft brewery in town - located in what used to be the morgue of the old Sacred Heart Hospital, looks like an ancient Irish castle

unfortunately i wasn’t permitted to indulge myself in their quality brews, as i had some lower back pain and have been on muscle relaxers, which sucked - but we sounded amazing, so i’m told
