Beachcomber, Im impressed, I was curious so I looked it up. Trill had 9 tackles last year. The closest to him was Kite with 10 and he was injured after 5 games. Everyone else had more, or far more contribution.

Regarding the DL, someone on a podcast brought up a good point about Kiffin being a pro coach, if we get him. If you are a kid who enters the portal for a senior year, and you might have the potential to be drafted in a year. You arent Joe Greene or JJ Watt, more like Marcus Harris last year. You want to make it to a big program, you want to ensure playing time (we check both those boxes). We offer NIL but not as much as another team. Heck if I thought being coached by Kiffin, who knows what the pros want, would be the difference in moving me some spots in the draft, Id certainly consider taking a little haircut on the NIL knowing I might get the skill for making it to the pros or being drafted a few spots higher.
