So is that ALL Thorne or ya think maybe the receivers where cutting off routes earlier than necessary also? Nobody on this board is calling Peyton a All American but Jesus man, what did he say to you at fan day for you to go on like this? lol

It’s the PT lovers that want more pain in 2024.
However, to your gripe, those that see this also have some optimism that Thorne is going to improve from what he showed this past year.

For those hating on Thorne's stats in the Iron Bowl. Thorne started 2-9 in the first half which was pretty characteristic of our offense against the better defenses and the same-o, same-o.
In the second half he played flawlessly until we got the lead. In the fourth quarter we finally got cold at the 7 minute mark and that was pretty much it for his night. But still, from the 9 minute mark of the third quarter to the 7 minute mark to the 4th quarter he played like 2017 stidham.
Thorne converted 2nd and 17 with his legs, while converting at least several third and long plays. If I am not mistaken Thorne only had one incompletion all night long in real game play on third down. He was either money or he was sacked. Now this is where we saw improvement. I do not consider the hail mary interceptions real game play.

Your example might’ve have legitimate points if PT was a freshman or a sophomore. He’s been playing for 4 years now.
