I'm not concerned about beating 3 win teams. I'm watching Alabama Georgia lsu Texas etc and trying to figure out how do we get closer to competing with them

How do we compete? ‘24 and ‘25 class.
It’s not a band aid fix it’s a complete rebuild. So at the year 4 mark we should be good to go against anyone. We have to be patient. Hopefully we keep the mo going

We are on the way. Will take time to fix the damage done the last 3+ years, particularly the Bryan Hardin year(s)

It may just be me, but since Freeze has gone away from the two QB approach, Thorne has played some damn good ball. I want to see what he will do with a year under his belt in this system.

I partly agree but I think they are definitely bringing in another transfer QB. Will be good competition and there have been times where Thorne has looked really bad.

We need another QB with experience a dude with a year starting experience with 2 years to play one to start or back up Thorne and 1 to start while Walker White continues to grow and develop. Plus give whoever is the ‘25 class QB a year to compete with Walker.

You're not totally wrong but you still have outdated mindset. Again this isn't the 80s, it doesn't have to take 4 years to be competitive with all the options coaches have now

Doesn’t have to take 4 years at some schools. At Auburn to get to near the talent level of UGA and bammer it takes 4 years.

Well, I’m enjoying Auburn football right now too, so if I’m outdated in that as well, then I don’t want to be modern and sad.
Who gives a frick if it takes 2 years or 4 as long as you get there? We tried the get good fast and it didn’t work out well in the long run with Chiz and Gus. I’m gonna try something different and if Hugh makes it happen faster?
My expectation is we win 10+ consistently and in the hunt for SEC and playoff spot annually. I’m going to give him more time than you, outdated or not.

Sounds like a good plan. You win 10+ consistently and you’re in the playoffs probably every other year at worst. If it’s 12 teams probably 4 from the SEC and B1G and 4 split between all other schools

He was a 5star on 247 sports until a few weeks ago from what I remember. Hmmmmm lol I wonder what changed?

On3 had him as a 3* until recently, he’s up to a 4* now
