Hopefully this doesn’t turn out to another Judkins situation, chasing someone else and miss on a good one. Plus the fact that his cousin is a 2025 *5 RB.

I just wonder if we are slow walking Burnette, and not because of the concussion he had.
Caddy says two backs this class, if one is a fast/smaller then it could be Hood or Royal. Big backs Burnette, Hill out of MS and the fella from Tuscaloosa( guess he could be fast and good size).
I really like the Daniel Hill fella out of MS. Half his highlight reel is split out and they are all 50/50 balls he wins. So one excellent hands, and two, he would fit right in with our quarterbacks.
Seriously, just decent speed but he runs like Bo Scarbrough, half the tackles he breaks are because people are afraid of him.
He is listed on some sites as a LB but he wants to play RB.

I remember Corch. I dont blame the kid, we were first to offer so everyone checked his film and now everyone has offered. Let him see the world he is young.
I hope/Im sure we stay on this one. I think coaches asked AK Mogulla to go find them a young Lawrence Taylor....and he brought them Phillips film.

I don’t think their recruitments affect each other much. Henderson said it’d be nice to play together but they didn’t have to play together.
Just got confirmation that Auburn has wanted him to commit and Burnette said that he would, Burnette never did and we may have moved on.

Kevin Riley is the #1 back on the board supposedly. Doesn’t seem like Bama is going to pursue so we should be able to pull him.
I could see us going all in on Riley for now and then putting some new offers out after summer camps.
Also, some mild grade concerns with Phat.

I want Phat but he isn’t a must get. This is a 2 back class.
And I agree with whoever said about Bama and Phat. Bama signed 2 absolute studs last class.

Bama probably only takes 2 if they are their top 2 and Burnette isn’t in their top 2 IMO. They’re in good shape with too many guys this early to take him right now
I don’t think auburn has completely moved off of Burnette since we do need 2 guys in this class but it wouldn’t surprise me if he no longer has a green light to commit. This RB class is pretty deep and Auburn has a lot of options early

Correct. Riley isn’t at the top of Bama’s board either.
Gibson, Tatum, and Gage are all above Riley on Bama’s RB board right now from what I can tell
