skarbinsky just tweeted something that should put the pearl to AU stuff to bed... apparently the lead NCAA investigator on the pearl case is now working in auburn's compliance dept...

Well yeah, he needs to get his degree. It might behoove him to maybe work with the next coach, gain recruiting and coaching experience. Then maybe he can be groomed to eventually inherit the position

nobody outside of auburn basketball fans know who chuck person is, especially recruits. don't get me wrong, CP is probably the best auburn basketball player in our history, but that doesn't mean he can coach.

Nobody may know who he is but he has legit NBA experience under one of the two best coaches of the generation and knows superstar in Kobe. I'm sure that will be cool as fugg to a recruit

If he could actually get kobe to come to games and be in AU during recruiting visits it might be worth it, but I feel like he would probably take a assistant job considering he is currently an assistent in south korea which I wouldnt think isnt as prestigious as an sec school
